To ensure the most accurate skin assessment:

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin if possible
  • Avoid applying SPF, foundation, tinted moisturiser or heavy skincare immediately before your appointment
  • Avoid retinol, prescription vitamin
  • A products and strong exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA) for 24 hours before your visit if your skin is sensitive
  • Bring a list of any skincare products you currently use if you’d like personalised recommendations
  • If you’ve recently had cosmetic treatments such as injectables, laser, IPL or chemical peels, please seek clearance from your healthcare professional before visiting
  • If you have a skin condition such as adult acne or rosacea, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before your first appointment

I have a skin condition such as acne or rosacea – can I still book?

We recommend consulting your GP or dermatologist before your first visit if you have an active skin condition such as rosacea, severe acne or any condition currently under medical management. Your practitioner will also discuss your skin history at your appointment.

Is the $50 fee redeemable against a treatment?

Yes. If you choose to proceed with an Éramai LED treatment on the same day as your Advanced Skin Analysis, your $50 consultation fee is fully redeemable towards the cost of your treatment.

Can men book the Advanced Skin Analysis?

Yes. The Advanced Skin Analysis and all Éramai treatments are suitable for all skin types and genders.

What if I already have a skincare routine?

Your practitioner will review what you're currently using and advise where it's working well and where a different approach, including Cupère formulations, may achieve better results.

Do I have to commit to a treatment afterwards?

No. The Skin Analysis is a standalone service. Many clients choose to use it purely to understand their skin before deciding on next steps.

How long does the Advanced Skin Analysis take?
