To ensure the most accurate skin assessment:
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin if possible
- Avoid applying SPF, foundation, tinted moisturiser or heavy skincare immediately before your appointment
- Avoid retinol, prescription vitamin
- A products and strong exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA) for 24 hours before your visit if your skin is sensitive
- Bring a list of any skincare products you currently use if you’d like personalised recommendations
- If you’ve recently had cosmetic treatments such as injectables, laser, IPL or chemical peels, please seek clearance from your healthcare professional before visiting
- If you have a skin condition such as adult acne or rosacea, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before your first appointment
